Day 2- Not off to a great start

So I wouldn't say I'm exactly off to a flying start. I did make a healthy tea which was really nice. A Thai green curry soup which was full of chicken and prawns. No rice needed and it was really filling. It felt like a real treat too. However we did then eat doughnuts and had a day of picnic food. I have been walking lots, I just need to balance that out with healthier eating! 

Day 1- imagine this time I don't quit!

This is me, day 1, again, for the 700th time. Weight, a battle I've had my whole life, dropped 7 stone and been happier than ever and gained nearly all of it back again and more uncomfortable than ever in my own skin. Contemplating every weight loss aid such as mounjaro, gastric sleeve, you name it! And then i think, what about this time i just stick to it!? No shortcuts, no bailing because it got hard, or i had a bad/good day. Just knuckle down and get on with it and see myself on the other side!? Make this diary so i am accountable and have somewhere to write down how its going and rant out the bad days. Or remind myself of the good ones! I just cant help but wonder, what if this time i dont bail on myself....
